Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times, unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments if you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least a 24-hour notice Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee that will be collected prior to rescheduling the appointment.

Late Policy

We cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 5 minutes late. If you are running late please give us a call as soon as possible so we can TRY to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment time your appointment may be shortened or cancelled if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.

Failure to Show

Not showing to your appointment will result in a $100 fee that will be collected prior to scheduling further appointments. As a courtesy, we confirm appointments via email, text, and/or call a week before and the day prior to scheduled appointments. If we have a cancellation on the schedule, we like to offer the time slot to a client on our waiting list, or who is calling for a same-day appointment. Without notice of cancellation, we are unable To do this. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment another patient loses the opportunity to be seen.

Referral Policy

Referral must make a service purchase to receive $50 off.

One credit of $50 may be claimed per referral. One referral credit may be applied per service. Service must be over $300 to apply for a $50 referral for credit and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. Must be a
current patient to receive referral credit and excludes skin care.

Children and Pets

As much as we love children and furry friends, we do not allow them to be present during appointments due to safety and limited space in treatment rooms.

Refund Policy

We offer individual treatment as well as discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget. Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our patients always receive the greatest experience, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Glow Up Med Spa.

All treatment sales and skincare are FINAL: refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from patient to patient. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
